David Hoffos
Oh man David Hoffos is incredible. Saw him at the art gallery with my buddy bridget and it was incredible. his work is like.. half diorama and half hologram optical trickery and he really accomplishes getting you into the installment. i love well done big installment art its like being somewhere else completely.

the worlds easiest shortbread cookies
I've baked 6 batches of these since christmas began.
Many dozens have been eaten by me.
I enjoyed several of those dozens all to myself.
avoid these cookies if you dont like being fat.
What you might need:
An Oven (Pre-heated to 375 degrees)
1.5 cups of flour
0.5 cups of icing sugar
1 cup of REAL DEAL butter (it wont work with margarine, so dont bother trying)
a large bowl
mix everything up in a bowl untill its fairly consistent looking. You dont wanna work these cookies too much or they turn out nasty. If you're planning to make your shortbread cookies colourful, now would be the time to add some food colouring (we made ours blue, green, pink and purple). Now you get to make them into wonderful christmas shapes. If your classic(neon colours + sprinkles + chocolate chips), you can make reindeer (smarties + chocolate chips + pretzels) or you can make penises. Those are always a hit. I mean its fun to get a box full of cockies, right vannary? amy?

bake them for about 12 minutes give or take. When the bottoms turn golden you should take them out.
let them cool and add any decorations you want. Shortbread is awesome because you can make it look like ANYTHING :)
